It is for this reason that the programs provided, empower the entire family to positively influence their communities and become productive global citizens. We offer a network of healthcare, educational, housing and recreational programs and services in a safe environment.

Education and Financial Advancement

Financial health is all about the money! We know that money makes the world go round, but it can be hard to get enough and even more difficult to manage. Achieving improved financial wellbeing includes informed decision-making, learning how to use credit wisely, and discovering how to reasonably save and plan for our future. Financial wellbeing is the ability to have our wealth serve our life – to have the financial means to help us attain a gratifying lifestyle. Financial stress impacts every area of our lives. Stress in the areas of emotional, occupational, and social wellbeing can occur if our finances aren’t managed properly. When you don’t have a lot of money, it can be easy not to think about saving and planning – but it also couldn’t more important to do so.

Health and Wellness Programs

“Working out and eating right” is usually the first thing we think of when we think about physical health. While both are important, physical health also relates to our ability to understand what can make our body most efficient and effective, as well as recognizing and respecting our own limitations. Improved physical health is achieved through the development of physical strength, flexibility, endurance, and optimal nutrition while utilizing safety precautions such as medical self-care and appropriate use of the medical system.

 

Emotional strength and health is strengthened when we recognize, understand, experience, and express a full range of emotions. Our emotions act as alarms to tell our body when we are doing well and when something needs to be fixed. Emotional health describes when we are able to channel our emotions into healthy behaviors that satisfy our personal and social goals. Our emotions play a large role in how we handle stress, relate to others, and influence our ability to accomplish our goals. A positive state of emotional wellbeing is formed by knowing your own strengths and weaknesses and effectively managing stress, anger, and conflict to communicate meaningfully with others.

 

Assists individuals with the basic needs of life, in an effort to create stability upon which to grow. We provide vital resources to support individuals and families by meeting basic human needs for food, clothing, and counseling assistance. After reaching this plateau, we aim to promote economic self-sufficiency, nutritional education, vital counseling services, and life-skills improvement. By assisting individuals with these needs, we in turn, empower the community
